At MACH 2010 (Birmingham NEC, 7-11 June 2010, stand 4425) HepcoMotion will be giving the first public demonstration of the SBD 15-60, a smaller model in its popular Sealed Belt Drive linear actuator range. HepcoMotion's SBD linear actuator range is designed for high-duty applications. Follow the link to read more about the SBD 15-60 linear actuator.
An X-Y-Z system in which each axis performs optimally will also be a focus at MACH 2010. HepcoMotion will emphasise that using general-purpose actuators throughout the system is not good practice, as this does not take account of the different demands on each axis. HepcoMotion X-Y-Z systems use a different actuator in each axis, resulting in greater overall efficiency, problem-free production and a long service life. For more information, see this article about light- and medium-duty X-Y-Z systems.
Completing the HepcoMotion exhibits will be the company's Machine Fencing System that provides economical, protective barriers for use around machine installations, gantries and robot systems. This maintenance-free system is said to be simple to construct and provides a low-cost alternative to steel fence frameworks.
