In the beautiful and historical town of Dubrovnik, Croatia, NSK hosted its 2019 European Distributor Conference. Over 100 delegates from distribution partners across all EMEA regions attended the 3-day event to share information and network.
During this event, held on 9–11 October, NSK shared information about its Global Aftermarket Strategy and “What’s New” about products, sectors, AIP and Marketing. Representatives from NSK’s Top Management globally were present to liaise with distributors and emphasising their importance to the company’s success moving forwards.
NSK’s Jean-Yves Chapelet, GAM Marketing Director & Director Western Europe Sales Division explains: “The Aftermarket Business is complex. But it’s a people business. So, it is key for NSK to decide with whom we are approaching the markets. That is why we really appreciate the great attendance of our distribution partners, as they have been and will be our source for success in the Aftermarket business.”
During the conference NSK proudly celebrated distributors who successfully became Certified AIP Partners: APRB (Russia), Coroll (Czech Republic) and Lagerton (Serbia); and the first Certified AIP Service Branch: Rubix (Netherlands). The Certified AIP Partner Programme has proven to be very interesting for NSK distributor partners. It differentiates them from their direct competitors by increasing their skills in investigating and solving technical issues, offering specific application expertise, sector know-how and MRO project leadership. In addition, NSK continues to invest in its Authorised Distributor network with the Certified AIP Programme.
