Last year it was widely anticipated that EN 953, the standard for machine guarding, would be superseded and replaced by ISO 14120 before the end of 2014. However, slow progress through the approvals stages has meant it is more likely the new international standard will be published at the end of 2015 instead. As soon as we hear more, we will let you know via the newsletter.

If you have any colleagues or associates who might want to hear about new machinery safety standards, please share this email with them so they can subscribe to the newsletter; we only ask for name, email address and company, and there is a link to our Privacy Policy from every page on the website.
