This time last year it was thought that machine guarding standard EN 953 would be replaced by ISO 14120 before the end of 2014, but production of the Final Draft took longer than expected. With the status now officially 'International Standard under publication' there should be no further changes, so Procter Machine Guarding has updated its White Paper that details the differences between ISO 14120 and EN 953.
