eATM tManager Enterprise Transaction Module

This new module makes exchanging data between plant floor controllers and Service-Oriented Architectures (SOA) easier than before. When used with our cATM controller-to-controller module, the tManager can connect nearly any factory floor controller with a variety of database types and messaging systems. It supports the Rockwell Software Production Centre and other MES (Manufacturing Execution System) applications including those from Oracle, SAP, Infor, etc.

cATM High-Performance Controller-to-Controller Module

Introduced last year, this appliance transaction module eliminates the need to program message instructions when migrating to newer controllers. In addition to connecting new and installed Allen-Bradley PLCs/PACs, this module now connects ControlLogix PACs with Siemens and Schneider PLCs.

It features an optimised design for high-speed communication of real-time data. Its setup utility makes it easy to select specific controller data for transfer and specify when data transfers occur.

cATM Universal Gateway Controller-to-Controller Module

This module installs in a ControlLogix PAC and is available with over 130 protocols to connect various types and brands of controllers without the need for programming. It features a universal driver to connect to a wide range of Ethernet and serial devices such as analysers, bar code readers, weigh scales, RFID systems, serial printers, label machines, etc.

Target applications include M2M (Machine-to-Machine) communications to improve equipment interoperability while maximising investments in installed equipment.

cATM DCS Module

The new cATM DCS module provides an easy-to-use pathway to migrate older DCS systems to the ControlLogix PAC environment for advanced visualisation and integration with other control systems. At Automation Fair, the cATM DCS module for Bailey Infi90 and Network90 was demonstrated. Other DCS platforms are currently under development.
