Aaeon introduces AMC-263 6-slot wallmount chassis
Aaeon's new AMC-263 is a six-slot wallmount industrial computer chassis for space-limited applications. In a rugged factory floor environment, the AMC-263 ensures stable operation to reduce the risk of shutdowns and other disturbances.
The AMC-263 comes with a six-slot PICMG or an ISA backplane to maximise the high performance of Pentium 4 full-size CPU Cards. An ATX 12V power supply up to 300W is also installed to support a high-end Pentium 4 CPU Card. This chassis can be configured with a floppy drive as well as one 3.5in hard disk drive for high data storage capacity.
On the front panel of the AMC-263, two LED indicators show the power and HDD activities. The front panel also provides two switches for system reset and power ON/OFF. Two USB ports provide an easy access interface for various USB peripherals. The AMC-263 is designed to meet the needs of a high-performance application under tight space constraints. At the bottom of the unit is a wallmount kit that makes it flexible for wallmount applications.
