Achieve the minimum bend radius of a cable with Igus chainflex

In line with current trends, modern machines are becoming ever smaller and more compact. This means smaller radii are being sought and used more and more frequently in energy chains. To meet this need, Igus has introduced the high end TPE cables.

Smaller radii enable smaller machines and greater freedom with drive technology, but the cables need to withstand additional load as well as meeting the space constraints. Customers still want their cables to last for a long time with high safety and reliability not being compromised.

Standard cables cannot do this reliably, but the new TPE cables are suitable for the smallest installation spaces while still achieving safety and long service life.
