Aerco to distribute Harwin high-reliability connectors
Harwin has signed a franchise distribution agreement with Aerco, the stockist and distributor of electrical components for customers in the industrial, aerospace, defence, medical, rail and transportation markets.
Andrew McQuilken (on the left in the photograph), Harwin's CEO, comments: "Aerco is a perfect partner to strengthen our sales channel in hi-rel markets. The company has a team of technical specialists offering design support, as well as connector assembly lines and large stockholding facilities. We are sure our Datamate 2mm pitch hi-rel connector family will suit their customer base, which includes major players such as BAE, Raytheon, Babcock, Goodrich, Westland Helicopters and Ultra Electronics."
Aerco's Managing Director, Rob Laughton, adds: "The Harwin product line is an important addition to our portfolio and is complementary to our existing range of high-quality, world-class products. We look forward to working with this major company in the UK electronics market."
