AISI 316 stainless extension springs stocked by Lee Spring
A new range of passivated AISI 316 stainless steel extension springs is now available ex-stock from Lee Spring. These products are listed in the latest catalogue, number 25, which is the company's 100th anniversary edition and includes more than 2000 new items and over 25,000 stock products in total.
All of Lee Spring's imperial sizes of extension spring can now be supplied in AISI 316 as an option alongside the existing music wire or AISI 302 variants. This means that many arduous applications can now be met from catalogued stock options for applications such as medical equipment, offshore installations or other harsh environments where the spring itself is exposed to aggressive conditions.
Standard end loops for AISI 316 extension springs include machine loops and crossovers. Side loops and extended hooks are available to special order.
Custom designs in AISI 316 can also be accommodated within a wide range of parameters, both in terms of their specification and the stock/supply programme required.
