Altra Industrial Motion acquires Twiflex Ltd
On 10 February 2006 Altra Industrial Motion completed the acquisition of the Hay Hall Group companies - which includes Twiflex Ltd - from Hay Hall Group holdings Ltd.
All operations at Twiflex will continue in a seamless manner.
