ATEX Safety Sensors from elobau

The non-contact switches form part of elobau's extensive machine safety range of products but have also been designed to meet the strict criteria for use in potentially hazardous areas, so are suitable for use in the chemical and pharmaceutical industries.

Both the switches are magnetically actuated and offer the following features:

• Stainless steel housing M30 × 52.8mm
• NO/NC or NO/NO contact arrangement
• Corresponding actuators
• Operating distance (Sao) of 4 to 7mm
• Switch-off distance (Sar of 14 to 23mm)
• -25degC to +85degC temperature range
• IP68 protection class (10 bar)
• Various connection types available: cable outlet, fastening nut, with optional earth terminal
• Certified in accordance with UL508/CSA22.2
