Attachment chains manufactured to order using UK stocks
Donghua has opened new attachment chain production facilities in the Midlands. Wolverhampton-based Donghua Ltd, which is the UK arm of one of the world's biggest chain manufacturers, has developed its workshop facilities at the UK distribution centre in order to produce bespoke attachment chains to order. This means that Donghua can directly fulfil UK attachment chain requirements, and with a fast turnaround.
Bob Wellsbury, the managing director of Donghua Ltd, states: "We already stock common builds of attachment chain, but we have developed our workshop so we can produce bespoke attachment chains to order. Using our own in-house jigs and tooling we now have the capability in Wolverhampton to produce special attachments.
"I believe we are fulfilling a significant customer requirement because no other UK chain supplier carries the full range of attachment chain, especially in both British and American standards."
Donghua produces standard attachment chain with K1, K2, M1, M2 and extended pin attachments in European and British Standards (from 05B to 32B) and ANSI (from 35 to 100), and extended-pitch chain in European and British Standards (from 208B to 220B) and ANSI standards (2040 to 2080) in a variety of finishes including nickel-plated, stainless steel, Dacromet and self-lube. These chains can be adapted to suit customers' specific requirements.
