Barry Piorkowski joins ACE Fabreeka as applications engineer
ACE and Fabreeka joined forces in December 2015 to offer customers their well-established, market-leading ranges of motion and vibration control products. Both brands are available from one highly experienced sales team, assisted by brand-specific applications support. To fulfil this role for the Fabreeka product range, the company has appointed Dr Barry Piorkowski as Fabreeka applications engineer.
Barry joins Ace Fabreeka UK with extensive experience in product development, motion analysis and production research. He has a broad range of technical qualifications, including a PhD that was sponsored by the Engineering and Physical Sciences Research Council through a global aerospace and defence organisation where he was a researcher for three years creating a product development methodology.
After being awarded his PhD, Barry worked as a university lecturer supporting young engineers through undergraduate and postgraduate programmes. Immediately before joining ACE Fabreeka UK, he spent two years providing business support to a wide range of engineering, technology and manufacturing companies.
