Routeco is launching a new website that aims to make online purchasing of industrial control and automation products as easy as possible via an extensive on-line catalogue that features over 30,000 products. The "product catalogue' menu on the left-hand side of the pages correspond to the sections in Routeco Catalogue 4 (launched earlier in 2008).
The search tool has been improved and helps users find exactly what they need in the shortest possible time, whether their search is product-related or manufacturer-specific. Having found the product required, a sales order or quotation can be placed via an eCommerce system. Real-time stock and availability is shown on all the products that are available to purchase via the Routeco website. The site is also backed up by comprehensive feedback support, so more information is readily available when users ask for it.
In addition, a news centre presents up-to-date press releases from many of the industry's leading manufacturers, and an events page says when and where the latest Routeco seminars and industry exhibitions are. Users can also register for Routeco's InControl monthly email newsletter that highlights the latest products, news and events from leading manufacturers in the industry. InControl provides links directly to the relevant information on the website, which helps to save precious time.
