Mouser names Senior VP of Global Service and EMEA, APAC Business

Mouser Electronics has announced the promotion of Mark Burr-Lonnon to Mouser's Senior Vice President of Global Service & EMEA and APAC Business. Since moving to Mouser in 2008 from its parent company, TTI, Burr-Lonnon has led Mouser's global management team. He is largely responsible for planning, directing and coordinating Mouser's global growth and expansion activities. Burr-Lonnon brings a wealth of global electronics distribution experience that totals over 33 years.

Highlights of Hannover Messe 2017 for igus

Hansford Sensors to launch industrial accelerometers at IMVAC

Hansford Sensors will be exhibiting its full range of industrial accelerometers at this year's International Machine Vibration Analysis Conference (IMVAC) taking place in Antwerp, Belgium. The company will be unveiling its newest products, including the recently launched HS-173R tri-axial vibration sensor, capable of providing simultaneous measurement in three axes.

CC-Link Partner Association at SPS Italia 2017

SPS Italia 2017 will be opening its doors in Parma from May 23-25. The event, now in its seventh year, is expected to improve once again on the number of visitors looking to meet with automation experts and suppliers. OMC expands into new manufacturing facility

OMC has completed its move into a new, purpose-built manufacturing facility, reflecting an increase in demand for both its bespoke and off-the-shelf optoelectronic products. The company - known for its LED and fibre-optic expertise as "˜the problem solvers' - has seen significant growth in two areas, customer-specific LED backlighting for LCD displays, and fibre optic cable assemblies, transmitters and receivers for use in industrial applications. The move into a state-of-the-art new facility will, they say, enable the company to support this growth and develop new products.
