REO UK has supplied a voltage stabiliser to Initiative Electrical for use during the filming of Channel 4's yearlong documentary, Eden. The television series sees 24 individuals spend a year creating their own society from scratch in a remote estate in the Scottish Highlands.

Buffer modules pay for themselves by preventing downtime

Voltage fluctuations can cause serious problems. At Erdrich Umformtechnik, a mains voltage fluctuation caused a lathe control to fail and, consequently, considerable production losses. Erdrich now uses Murrelektronik's MB Cap Ultra 24/40 buffer modules to bridge voltage drops efficiently; these devices pay for themselves with the first outage they prevent.
