Ceramic coated sensor mounting weld brackets provide a tough solution
For over a decade Contrinex has offered exceptional weld-immune inductive sensors that are trusted across the automotive industry and assembly applications. Contrinex has repeatedly expanded its portfolio, to include a variety of choices of sensor sizes, including miniature sensors, plus the option of ACTIVSTONE ceramic coating, and accessories.
When Contrinex launched its ACTIVSTONE ceramic coating option to extend the sensor's lifespan, it included similarly coated mounting brackets, and Contrinex's latest addition is to expand its choice of brackets, with new cylindrical mounting brackets to complement the existing cubic mounting brackets and protective tubes for sensor cables.
The stainless-steel, weld-immune mounting brackets are developed to keep the sensors protected in the toughest welding environments. Their ACTIVSTONE ceramic coating makes it harder for weld-spatter to adhere to the coating and also makes it easier and quicker to remove spatter.
The brackets are available with or without positive stop, are specifically designed to enhance efficiency and quality control in challenging welding environments. These advanced solutions ensure precise part positioning while significantly reducing defects and equipment damage.
