Compact AC connection for photovoltaic micro inverters
Phoenix Contact's new SUNCLIX Micon AC connection system reliably connects photovoltaic modules. The system, which consists of Y-connectors and the matching mains connectors, is so compact that it can be easily installed behind the module frame. The components offer IP67 protection and are suitable for temperature ranges from -40degC to +90degC.
The cables assembled according to customer requests are suitable for currents up to 20A as well as voltages up to 600V. In addition to the versions with European certification in cross sections from 0.75mm2 (branch lines) and 2.5mm2 (trunk lines), the AWG18 and AWG12 conductor cross sections are also available for the North American market.
