Compact, plug and play electric cylinder
Metal Work Pneumatic is pleased to announce another addition to its growing portfolio of electric automation solutions. The Elektro Mini DC is a compact, Plug and Play electric cylinder that combines affordability with reliable performance.

Its design is ideal for applications where moderate speed, lower precision, and less demanding strength or speed requirements are present.
The Elektro Mini DC utilises a trapezoidal screw, paired with a self-lubricating techno-polymer nut, ensuring smooth and efficient movement. The piston rod's motion is irreversible, preventing unwanted rotation.
For added functionality, the piston features a magnet that can be detected by compatible sensors, which can be mounted on the liner edging.
The Elektro Mini DC is powered by a direct current motor, with an optional encoder version available. A built-in resettable fuse protects the motor from potential damage.
This model is exclusively offered in a gear-driven configuration, with various gear ratios and an IP40 protection rating, making it well-suited for a range of industrial applications.
