Symetri is offering its customers the opportunity to learn more about Autodesk's 2013 products directly from senior Autodesk experts from the USA and Europe.
Each of Symetri's three forthcoming conferences will feature a different Autodesk guest speaker who, as well as discussing new products, will talk about Autodesk's approach to market trends such as mobile, cloud and infinite computing, product lifecycle management (PLM), engineering to order (ETO) and simulation. A panel discussion on the topics raised - and on questions from the floor - will follow.
Highlights of the 2013 releases include enhancements to Autodesk Product Design Suite and Autodesk Factory Design Suite, which provide comprehensive workflows to connect desktops for mobile devices and to the cloud. These workflows enable users to develop complete definitions of product designs, integrate electrical and mechanical design, predict product performance and visualise designs in 3D. The suites also offer interoperability with the new 2013 of Autodesk Vault product data management software and the next-generation, cloud-based enhancement of Autodesk PLM 360.
The new portfolio also includes a new Autodesk Simulation family of products to deliver a faster, more accurate and flexible approach to production, thereby enabling designs to be optimised and validated sooner. Autodesk recently recognised Symetri as a Simulation Specialist and the Symetri management team will be on hand throughout the day to answer questions about this, or any other aspect of the Autodesk 2013 portfolio.
Anyone interested in learning more about digital design can attend the conferences and entry is free.
