Connections for maximum volume flow rate

Eisele's stainless steel connections of the INOXLINE series 17 are suitable for supplying machines and systems with compressed air. With an outer hose diameter of 20mm Eisele offers a size that is also suitable for large air-flow volumes.

Connections for maximum volume flow rate

The line of Eisele push-in connections with a release sleeve and one seal is manufactured from 1.4301/1.4307 stainless steel. This material offers excellent protection against corrosion and high chemical resistance, for example against many acidic liquids. The push-in connections feature high-quality FPM seals as standard equipment. On request they can also be equipped with FDA-compliant seals to fulfil special hygiene requirements. On the side with the threaded connection, the push-in connectors are sealed with an enclosed O-ring.

Eisele also manufactures the series 17 stainless steel push-in connectors in sizes for hoses with an outer diameter of up to 20mm. The inner diameter is therefore 14mm, which makes these push-in connectors a cost-effective alternative to fixed pipe connections for supplying machines with compressed air and vacuum. Other potential applications are in automotive construction, packaging machines or assembly and handling technology.

All important hose materials such as polyethylene (PE), polyurethane (PU) or polyamide (PA) are compatible with the series 17 push-in connections. This also includes polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE; Teflon), which is suitable for use in especially harsh ambient conditions and can withstand extreme temperatures. Another option is to use ProWeld hoses made of polyether-polyurethane (PUR).

INOXLINE series 17 connections are designed for operating pressures of -0.95 to 16bar and are therefore vacuum suitable. The permissible operating temperature ranges from -20 to +120degC, depending on the seals that are used and the connected hoses. The connections are designed for user-friendly assembly without the use of tools and without adaptation of the hose ends. The patented release sleeve offers not only a good gripping surface for manually disconnecting the hose connection, but also protects the inner collet and the seal against contamination and damage. Thanks to the smooth outer surface the connections are also easy to clean in installed condition.
