CRP Technology launches Product Development Department

CRP Technology is expanding its services to the international market with its full Product Development Department. This service will enable customers to source product engineering, pre-production engineering and reverse engineering while maintaining continuity through rapid prototyping and the use of rapid manufacturing. These capabilities, coupled with the certified quality and safety standards offered by CRP Technology, give customers the key advantage of an integrated approach, and even the ability to choose and therefore outsource each single service independently.

CRP Technology launches Product Development Department

In collaboration with the technical staff of CRP Racing, CRP Technology contributes not only to motorsports, but also to several other markets characterised by the need for product development, design and engineering in a fast-paced environment. Key to all competitive markets is the need to get the product to the consumer as quickly as possible, while avoiding errors, assuring the feasibility of the product and saving time and money.

CRP Technology's engineering process is also supported by a reverse engineering service, with several fields of application; this can be the starting point for the product engineering service. Utilising state-of-the-art instruments, CRP Technology can offer a full range of reverse engineering options. These tools can reduce development and design time while also allowing for inspection of first article production to ensure high-quality products. The technology is strictly related to product engineering and can be utilised as the starting point for product feasibility and development activities.

Rapid prototyping enables companies to be competitive and progressive in the global environment. CRP Technology offers experience and focus to help customers maximise the use of these tools. When correctly applied, customers can realise time and cost reductions, and the excellent material properties offered by the Windform line can be leveraged to the customers' full advantage, allowing the fabrication of functional prototypes and small-series production runs.
