DIN rail-mounted power supplies has 120W output
Responding to customer demand for intermediate-level DIN rail-mounted power supplies, Lambda UK is extending its popular DPP range to include a 120W single-output version. The DPP120 meets specific requests from control system integrators who are using intermediate power level DIN rail mounted supplies in applications such as elevators and toll booths.
The DPP120 is low-cost, yet feature-rich, with built-in active power correction and a switch function that allows up to three units to be connected in parallel. Other features include over-current and over-voltage protection, while convection cooling enables the supply to operate over a wide temperature range from –25 to 71degC.
Offering 12V, 24V or 48V outputs, the DPP120 has a nominal 115/230V AC autoselect input range. A 'DC good' relay is provided on 24V models while red and green LEDs indicate output status on all models. Typical efficiency is 87 per cent.
At 125 x 63.5 x 123.6mm, the DPP120 is compact and reliable for a wide range of applications, including process control, automotive, chemical processing, burn-in and test. The metal casing and rugged design, which meets the UL508 safety standard for industrial control equipment, is a particular advantage where the system is used in a harsh environment. The DDPP120 meets Class B EMC compliance and meets the requirements of EN 61000-3-2.
The latest addition to the DPP series complements the existing 15-480V models. All models carry a two-year warranty and are CE marked.
