Efficient and clearly arranged assembly workstations

The new clipx wire brake from Phoenix Contact enables efficient wire preparation and wiring. It was specifically developed to optimise cable organisation and make manual workstations clearer.

The clipx wire brake is used for structuring conductors in the cross-section range from 0.5 to 6 mm2. Handling and organisation work during wire preparation and wiring are made significantly easier. The wire brake can be mounted on an NS 35 DIN rail or screwed onto a mounting panel using an external hexagonal screw (wrench size 8). It therefore provides flexible yet stable mounting.

The conductors are threaded through the wire brake and cannot slip back due to the teeth. The clipx wire brake can be marked using the UCT-TM 6 and UC-TM 6 marking material. This makes the parallel processing of different conductor cross-sections more transparent and prevents confusion if there are similar cross-sections.

The structured arrangement and positioning shorten production times since search and access times are significantly reduced in production.
