Elesa's new detent position hinges know their place

Elesa's CFV range of glass reinforced polyamide hinges are good at "knowing their place' - just open the door for them to click-and-hold in any of four positions. This feature allows unimpeded access to equipment where otherwise nuisance door closure would be experienced, perhaps from wind gusts or from gravity.

The CFV may be mounted with either countersunk head or hex head screws - it features four detent positions of -90 degrees, 0 degrees, +70 degrees and +115 degrees, all detent positions providing a resistant torque of 3Nm which is the torque required to free the detent device - and is tested to 20,000 operations.
