EMC filters for applications in metrology

Phoenix Contact as added new EMC filter with integrated TTC-6-SFP-24AC-PT surge protection circuit to its Termitrab product portfolio.

High-frequency interference on signal lines is limited and filtered by the new EMC filter. Transient pulses are safely dissipated by the integrated surge protection circuit. With an overall width of just 6 mm, the EMC filter saves space in installation.

Just one device protects against both high-frequency interference and transient overvoltage, and can be used for applications with voltages of 24 V AC or up to 38 V DC.

The EMC filter is installed by simply snapping it onto the DIN rail. The fast Push-in connection technology enables easy wiring.
