EMS to showcase Faulhaber flat brushless DC outer rotor motors
Electro Mechanical Systems Ltd (EMS) is proud to showcase the brand new Faulhaber flat brushless DC outer rotor motors at the Robotics and Automation show on October 29-30 2019 at the Ricoh Arena, Coventry. The UK's sole distributer of Faulhaber motors, EMS offers the most comprehensive range small mechatronic drive systems on the market, and this offering is setting new standards in high performance.
This new range from Faulhaber uses innovative winding technology and optimum design that allows it to deliver a torque of up to 134 mNm (100W) and a power to weight density that is unmatched. Its flat design and high performance make them suitable for the most demanding applications in robotics and medical devices.
The iron-core motors with 14 high-performance, rare earth magnets on the rotor and 12 teeth on the stator, come in a variety of sizes, measuring just 14mm, 16mm and 21mm long making them well suited for applications that require a short drive system with high torque.
