The National Motorcycle Museum is hosting the new Engineering Subcontractor Exhibition on 18 October 2012. Many of the UK's suppliers of machinery, equipment and services to our manufacturing industries will be exhibiting a variety of "must-see' attractions at this new event, including multi-axis machining equipment, lathes, turret and bed mills, bridge mills, turning centres, bar feeders, cutting tools and machines, CMMs, marking equipment, waterjet cutting and much more.
Following the proven "roadshow' format of other NewbyCom exhibitions - with a bacon roll and brew for pre-registered visitors - the show provides a professional and informal discussion arena where company bosses and their design and production staff can consult with exhibitors about new projects, new requirements, advances in the technologies offered, together with quick quotes and new cost-saving approaches. All this is within a relaxed environment surrounded by some of the finest motorcycles in the world.
Alongside the new Engineering Subcontractor Exhibition are NewbyCom's FAST & IASE Exhibitions. FAST is the Fastening & Assembly Solutions Exhibition and showcases mechanical fastening and assembly for manufacturing applications, and IASE is the Industrial Adhesives, Sealants & Encapsulants Exhibition which provides the same in the extensive arena of industrial bonding and sealing.
Visitors can be assured of a warm welcome and cheerful friendly faces at registration, and from that point on will be able to talk to people who know their industry with an ability to respond to their needs. This informal atmosphere has proved a hit with visitors, especially engineers and manufacturing professionals with little time to spare for essential information gathering. NewbyCom MD Mark Newby explains: "We aim to make life easy for our visitors, and that means putting experts together from supply, sourcing and design so they can find the best possible solutions quickly".
The National Motorcycle Museum provides free parking for exhibitors and visitors at a venue next door to the NEC, free entry to the world-famous motorcycle museum and free exhibition entry. Visitors who pre-register benefit from a free bacon roll and brew on arrival too. Entry to the Engineering Subcontractor Exhibition is free, and pre-registration can be done at www.engsubshow.com.
