ESD cover profile doubles as glazing gasket
Machine Building Systems, which distributes the Item aluminium profile system, in the UK, is introducing a clever cover profile that, when inverted, holds a panel in position.
Suitable for use in Line 8 profiles, the extruded plastic (PP/TPE) strip also benefits from good electrostatic properties, preventing electrostatic charges form forming.
The new Cover Profile 8 ESD accepts panels ranging in thickness from 4.0-5.5mm and is available in 2m lengths.
