Exhibition stand built with 'no drill, no weld' fixings

A radical stand design and focused staff training helped to make Civils 2006 the best ever for steelwork fixings pioneer Lindapter. The stand was constructed using the company's innovative 'no drill, no weld' bolt-together fixings, and visitors had hands-on demonstrations of the company's benchmark products.

"Civils is a major showcase for us, and we were not leaving anything to chance," says Lindapter's Marketing Communications Executive, Andy Mallory. "The market for steelworks fixing is growing substantially and we used this opportunity to illustrate the technology in highly practical ways - showing fixings in real-life application scenarios, and giving hands-on demos or short training sessions to make sure that everyone who showed an interest went away with a clear understanding of the benefits."

This clearly shows the versatility of the fixings - which are not just restricted to use in civil engineering and exhibition stand construction!
