ARCA cabinets are available in 14 different sizes from 300×200×150mm to 600×800×300mm and are simple to customise during system manufacture or on site, with no specialist tools required, leaving no possibility of rust on the worked surface afterward. Manufactured in high-grade polycarbonate material ARCA cabinets are non-corrosive, suitable for use in very harsh and demanding environments and provide a long lifetime and excellent security. The UV-stabilised polycarbonate material ensures high performance in outdoor installations, is chemical resistant and has a raw material flammability rating to UL 94-5VA

The ARCA product range is lightweight for ease of transport and installation, meets the Low Voltage Directive 2006/95/EC up to 1500V DC, has a wide operating temperature from -40deg to +80degC (+120degC short term) and has been designed to remain aesthetically pleasing for an indefinite time after installation.

The robust design meets IP 66 to protect from water ingress providing peace of mind in wet and dusty environments, offers high impact resistance and is able to withstand contact up to IK 10. The ARCA cabinets provide excellent protection against vandalism and are fitted with a patent pending strong hinge designed to withstand regular door opening to 120 degrees and the fitting of door-mounted components. Multiple locking options are available to provide a secure option for every application.

Fibox ARCA cabinets have a number of innovative features including a patent pending lockable inner door requiring no tools for mounting, a patent pending quick-to-mount and easy-to-use DIN-rail frame set, equipment-mounting pods on the base, cover and four base sides, variable depth option for internal plates and a wide range of accessories available to simplify system design. These include mounting plates, corner adjustment set, window cover, galvanised steel inner door set, DIN-rail frame set, support bar set for DIN-rail, pole mounting set, wall mounting lugs set, rain/snow hood and locking options.
