Fischer Connectors names new regional manager
Fischer Connectors has appointed Dan Saxton as regional sales manager for the Southern and Western regions of the UK. He joins Fischer with over a decade of experience in field sales, including the past six years as area sales manager for electromechanical specialists Acal Radiatron, selling a variety of products including connectors from Souriau, Erni, Bulgin and Tyco.
Saxton comments: "Fischer Connectors has a great reputation, particularly in the HD, medical and defence sectors. My aim is to extend that reputation to new areas and markets. The Southern region has a great deal of potential and presents an excellent opportunity for Fischer's product range."
In his new role, Saxton will be responsible for the sales teams covering the Southern and Western regions, which range from Pembrokeshire to Sussex. He will report to Peter Orrell, Fischer Connectors' managing director for the United Kingdom, Ireland and India.
