Flush Silhouette controls enhance panel appearance
Idec Electronics is now producing a range of control units that present a flush silhouette appearance to the front of a control panel - hence they are known as the Flush Silhouette range of control units. Both the LW series (25mm fixing) and the L6/A6 series (20mm fixing) have metal or plastic bezels that are only 2mm thick. The result is an aesthetically pleasing appearance that would enhance the look of any control panel.
The LW pushbuttons, illuminated pushbuttons and pilot lights are available in round or square styles and the L6/A6 series pushbuttons, illuminated pushbuttons, pilot lights, selector and key selector switches are available in round, square and rectangular styles.
Customers can choose between PCB mountings or screw terminals, and the contact block is removable to simplify wiring and save time in the event of the operator having to be replaced due to damage. The contact block is locked in place securely using a lever that is accessible even when units are mounted collectively.
