GL approval for the QPD installation system

The fast connection technology of the installation system, with up to 80 per cent time savings during installation when connected in the field, is of particular advantage in this field of application. For installation, the cable sheath is simply removed and the litz wires are arranged in the splice body, cut flush, and screwed. No special tools are required.

Another advantage is the robust design and therefore the flexible use of the product. They satisfy the requirements of protection classes IP68/IP69k and IK07 impact strength. The approved product portfolio includes panel feed-throughs, cable connectors, connectors, and H and T-distributors and is suitable for all cross sections from 1.0-6.0mm ².
