Heavy|mate modular connectors for harsh environments
Amphenol is promoting its heavy|mate rectangular connectors that are designed for applications in harsh industrial environments. These connectors are available with a wide range of inserts for signal and power transmission, as well as hybrid interconnections, and with three to a maximum of 280 poles per connector.
There are two modular series, namely heavy|mate F and heavy|mate M, so customers can choose different kind of modules - from standard power and signal interfaces over shielded modules to RJ45 and pneumatic modules - enabling customised connectors to be created.
In addition, heavy|mate connectors can utilise low-resistance Radsok contact technology for high-current applications.
