High connection density in the smallest of spaces

With the new DFMC 0,5 PCB connector from Phoenix Contact, up to 32 conductors can be connected on an overall height of just 10.5mm. The connectors on a 2.54mm grid provide a connection density that is up to 40 per cent higher than connectors on a 3.5mm grid

The product range is designed for currents up to 6A and voltages up to 160V. Thanks to the gold-plated contact system, excellent transmission reliability is ensured, even at low power. The connectors for conductor cross sections up to 0.5mm ² feature easy-to-use push-in connection technology. Additional convenience comes in the form of integrated tip connections for voltage testing with 0.64mm testing tips.

The series is completed by matching headers for THR and SMT soldering processes. With this combination of high connection density, convenient installation and maintenance, along with high reliability, the connectors are particularly suitable for high-pos. applications in measuring, control, and regulation technology (MCR), such as I/O systems, controllers or data loggers.
