Highlights of Hannover Messe 2017 for igus
In a video from igus, Dr Stefan Kombchen runs through key highlights from the company at the recent Hannover Messe. Around 166 new products and accessories were on display, from 3D printed plastic gears with an outstanding service life, to bionically inspired strain relief cables.
Dr Kombchen says: "igus provides a wide range of technological solutions to very different motion problems in industry." These include smart plastics with predictive maintenance, iglidur plastic plain bearings and their advantages over their metal counterparts, as well as the new robolink Designer and a time saving e-chain.
