Hot air blowers suit a variety of industrial processes

Secomak's hot air blowers provide a constant stream of hot air at temperatures up to 300degC and are suitable for industrial drying, heating and curing. Typical applications include print and coating drying (particularly water-based inks), web drying, and heating the interiors of tanks, drums and containers to speed up drying. Providing high output power in a compact size, they are easily added to existing processes with minimal disruption.

The blowers are also useful for testing products and components at high temperatures and for creating a 'hot box' without the need to install a full oven.

A range of control equipment maintains the temperature at a set level and also provides over-temperature protection should the airflow become blocked or a fault occur. A variety of different filters, including HEPA filters, can be added to the fan inlet to provide a clean source of air where this is crucial for the process involved. Standard combinations of fan/heater are available but other fans and blowers may also be used from Secomak's extensive range.

The company is always pleased to demonstrate its products, either at its Elstree headquarters or at a customer's premises. For more information please visit www.secomak.com.
