HS-510 dual trip amplifier module for use with vibration sensors

The HS-510 will accept inputs of 0-10V DC or 4-20mA, which can be received directly from HS-420 industrial accelerometers or via other Hansford Sensor modules such as the HS-530, HS-535, HS-556 or HS-557.

A front panel digital display enables the operator to set the trip values, which, when exceeded, operate the internal dual relays; the relay contacts can be used for visual or audible alarms or to control or shutdown machinery or process plant. This application provides engineers with a system offering greater protection for valuable plant and machinery.

The relays are rated at 3A at 240V AC in normally-open or normally-closed formats, in latching or non-latching modes.

HS-510 modules are very compact, measuring just 114.5 x 99 x 22.5mm (H x D x W), and they mount on DIN rail. Multi-channel systems can be readily assembled in robust industrial enclosures.
