Inductive sensors rated for high temperatures

Contrinex's renowned temperature stability is even more apparent on its 'HIGH-temperature' rated inductive sensors. Some versions feature remote electronics in a small module positioned two metres away along the sensor's cable, which enables them to operate continuously up to 230degC.

Inductive sensors rated for high temperatures

A long sensing distance of 25mm, a robust stainless-steel body, plus excellent performance and reliability make them ideal for applications including automotive paint shops, metal-treatment plants and glass manufacturing.

The inductive sensors designed for slightly lower temperatures of up to 180degC do not require a remote electronics module. These robust stainless-steel-bodied 'HIGH-temperature' rated inductive sensors excel at offering high-temperature resilience and high performance at a lower cost.

Contrinex's 'EXTRA temperature' inductive sensors offer the lowest-cost solution for position and presence-sensing applications and can operate continuously at temperatures up to 120degC. Industrial processes that generate heat can create environments where temperatures damage a standard inductive sensor. The stainless-steel construction and robust electronics ensure reliable, accurate operation and minimal downtime in demanding environments.
