Industrial load cells have a capacity of 750kg
HBM is extending the range of its family of popular PW12C load cells with a 750kg capacity unit for use in larger platform scales of up to 800mm x 800mm and 600kg capacity. Rated at IP67, the industrial-standard unit features an aligned output so that a number of different cells can be easily used together; platform scales can require up to four separate load cells, one at each corner of the platform.
This robust PW12C load cell is available with a range of options to meet the requirements of many applications. It is available in a non-ATEX version, an ATEX Zone 1/21 version that includes FM-approval, or an ATEX Zone 2/22 version. Customers also have a choice of accuracy class C3 or C3MR and the load cells are available with four different cable lengths - 1.5m, 3m, 6m and 12m - for increased flexibility and simplified installation.
Supplied with data sheet, certificates and mounting instructions, the load cells can be supplied with any combination of options and HBM guarantees compliance with data as required by relevant laws on weights and measures.
