ISaGRAF automation software is IEC 61131-3 compliant
ICS Triplex ISaGRAF Inc, a leading automation software developer, is announcing that its award-winning ISaGRAF automation software has received confirmation of IEC 61131-3 compliance from TÜV Rheinland.
Version 5.0 of ISaGRAF has been confirmed by TÜV Rheinland as being compliant with the requirements detailed in the IEC 61131-3 standard. ICS Triplex claims that ISaGRAF is the reference and de facto standard in automation software technology.
ISaGRAF 5 incorporates both the IEC 61131-3 and IEC 61499 standards. Users can build traditional control systems where the interactions between devices will automatically be regulated and synchronized by the IEC 61499 function block diagrams, rather than through the use of manually implemented algorithms.
