Kluber Lubrication awarded EcoVadis Gold for the fifth time

This marks the fifth consecutive year that the specialty lubricants manufacturer has received the Gold rating. With 85 points, Kluber Lubrication has reached its highest score yet.

The EcoVadis methodology evaluates management systems in four themes: Environment, Labour and Human Rights, Ethics, and Sustainable Procurement. The assessment is based on documented policies, actions, and results, and considers sector, size, and geography. In all four themes, Kluber Lubrication achieved scores of 80 points or more out of a possible 100 points - for the first time.

As EcoVadis explains, the Gold rating "reflects the quality of the company's sustainability management system and demonstrates a commitment to promoting transparency throughout the value chain."

"The feedback we receive, shows clearly how motivating a Gold medal is for our teams worldwide, who work on reducing our footprint and increasing the handprint of our products and services to support our customers in their sustainability journey."

Over the past years, Kluber Lubrication has systematically advanced its sustainability strategy, with clear targets for reducing CO2 emissions across Scopes 1-3, expanding renewable energy use, and enhancing the performance of its specialty lubricants portfolio.
