Latex adhesive/coating with defined electrical properties

Master Bond LTX-117G is low-cost, electrically conductive, water-based adhesive, sealant and coating developed by Master Bond Inc. It is a one-part, UV-stable latex adhesive in which the electrical conductivity is achieved by the incorporation of a graphite filler. Master Bond Polymer System LTX-117G dries by water evaporation at ambient temperatures to provide cost-effective coatings with controlled electrical properties for use in ESD anti-static systems. It has a service temperature of -50 to 120degC .

LTX-117G is characterized by long-term viscosity stability, flexibility and good physical strength characteristics, low odour and good adhesion to a wide range of both rigid and flexible substrates. The graphite filler also features excellent oxidation resistance.

Being water-soluble, LTX-117G does not contain any VOC solvents. Typically, the use of water-based resins results in fewer environmental and regulatory control-related problems.

LTX-117G is available in pint, quart, gallon and 5-gallon containers.
