LG Motion at the Engineering Design Show 2012
LG Motion is exhibiting motion control components and systems at the Engineering Design Show 2012 that design engineers involved in researching and developing ideas for new products and automated production systems will find invaluable. LG Motion will be highlighting linear and rotary moving coil actuators from SMAC Europe Ltd as well as its own LG range of high-precision linear, rotary and elevation slides.
SMAC moving coil actuators provide exceptionally high speed and acceleration performance that is well suited to automated assembly, cutting and dispensing systems, parts inspection, scanning and many other areas where dynamic performance, high accuracy and precise repeatability are essential. SMAC actuators are fully programmable for force, position and speed, and are available with drives and motion controls for applications from simple indexing through to complex multi-axis contouring.
LG Motion's own UK-manufactured LG series precision motion stages includes linear, rotary and elevation designs complete with stepper or servo motors, drives and motion controls. The competitively priced range is versatile, compact and easily configured for automated motion from very basic single axis set-ups to complex multi-axis motion sub-systems.
LG Motion will also be exhibiting products from its UniSlide, BiSlide and XSlide linear positioning stage range as well as a selection of motion components from other distribution partners including Schneeberger linear bearings, Empire Magnetics specialist motors and Heidenhain high precision position encoders.
