Lo-Lohm compact solenoid valves in a choice of configurations
Lee Products is launching a new version of the Lee HDI valve, a high-density solenoid valve offering the features of a large valve, combined with superior performance, yet in an ultra-compact design weighing just 4.5g. This Lo-Lohm valve delivers increased flow capacity while helping engineers and OEM designers to meet the familiar objectives of 'make it smaller, lighter and more efficient, but without increasing overall size and weight.'
Available in either plug-in or face-mount variants and with a choice of configurations (two-way normally-closed and two-way normally-open), the valves offer a flow capacity of up to 900 Lohms (19 SLPM @ 50 psid; Cv = 0.022). The valves have an operating pressure range of vacuum to 50psig (0-50psid) and an operating temperature range of 40degF up to 120degF.
Wetted materials include PPA, PBT, 316 stainless steel, 430F stainless steel, FKM and epoxy. In addition, Lee Products offers a range of standard manifolds for testing, as well as custom-designed manifolds for production. Performance parameters can be optimised for specific applications.
