Unitemp is launching a new range of economic temperature ovens that perform a wide range of roles, from high-temperature tests and drying, to heat treatment in production lines. The ovens are suitable for the testing and monitoring of miniaturised high-density semiconductor devices, electronics, electrical devices, automotive components/assemblies, pharmaceuticals and other selected products.
Designated the PV(H) range from ESPEC, the range consists of eight models, all featuring a space-saving vertical design. These high-quality chambers are constructed inside from high-quality stainless steel and have a temperature range of 20 to 300 degrees C using an established forced hot air circulation and ventilation system.
Incorporated at the top of the oven is an easy-to-read control panel, which gives details of four programmed operations for use in heat treatment and drying in manufacturing processes. These are: constant-temperature mode; automatic start/stop; stepwise mode; and ramp mode - which takes the oven up a preset temperature gradient.
The ovens have a relative large processing capacity with internal dimensions of 600 x 600 x 600mm to 800 x 1200 x 800mm, and weigh 165kg to 325kg.
This range complements Unitemp's extensive range of test and monitoring chambers/ovens and the company has the expertise to provide 'specials' to customers' requirements.
These innovative ovens have applications in the electronics, engineering, laboratory, process and manufacturing industries.
