Magnetrol and DOW Chemicals seal purchasing agreement

Magnetrol is renowned for made to measure instruments, and for offering solutions in extreme process conditions and environ-ments. With success, tests have been conducted within Dow for level measurement in steam drums up to 124 bar @ 327°C. With the co-operation of Dow, Magnetrol was the first supplier of electronic field instrumentation to receive a Stoomwezen type approval in 2000 for use on steam drums.

For this purchasing agreement, following technologies of our product portfolio are approved by Dow: guided wave radar, ultrasonic level switches, mechanical level switches and transmitters, and visual indicators.
