For increased flexibility, Schunk's new Magnos magnetic plates offer a new combination of possibilities: Magnos plates can now be combined with the Schunk Unilock system. Set-up costs will be reduced considerably due to a fast changeover of the magnetic plates with a repeatability of less than 5um. Clamping on the magnetic plate with the Schunk Unilock interface offers high holding forces, with precise positioning of the magnetic plate on the machine table.
