Mechan coded safety switches are tamper-proof
OEM Automatic is introducing the new Mechan range of electronically coded non-contact safety switches.
With IP67 fully encapsulated housings, the switches are suitable for wet or dusty environments where the added integrity offered by coded switches is required.
Features include:
- Safety category 3 or 4 (EN 954-1) when used with appropriate safety relay
- Electronically coded (tamper-resistant matched pair)
- 10mm operating distance
- IP67 ABS plastic housing
- Various contact arrangements
- Connector versions available
- No separate controller required
